Unless the hotel was at capacity, I would never put anyone in the room we were in. We were on the second floor overlooking the lobby. The view from our window was onto the metal roof. The room air freshener was way too power. Made us wonder what being covered up.

Our room was clean, bed was really comfortable, and bathroom was nice. Staff at check in on Oct 4, 2016 were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle drivers were courteous and prompt on both rides to and from airport. The employee who was behind the desk on check out on Oct 5 was rude to people inquiring about shuttle departure and check out procedure (example-do you want our room keys returned?). Shuttle driver that morning did answer our question about where pickup was going to be and was very helpful. Except for the young man behind desk on morning of Oct 5, all employees were friendly and professional.

Didn't have any problems with hotel...but it only had a 89 rating?? Don't know why. There was construction going on ...not sure if that was the reason. Parking was a little sketchy...our vehicle did have a little damage when we returned. Not a very safe location.

The customer service at the hotel was poor. When I went to check in, I was told they had me down for one king bed, when in reality I had reserved a room with two beds. Initially, the front desk employee stated I would be required to pay for any changes to the room. The shuttle service to the airport was fine, but the return shuttle service from the airport back to the hotel was bad enough I will not stay at this hotel again. This is, in fact, the second year in a row we have had issues with the shuttle service.
